Halyard uses the information you submit to review your application, assess your suitability for the advertised role and contact you about the hiring process.

What we collect

Your name, contact details, working location and time zone, availability, relevant experience, technology skills, role-fit answers, optional profile link and résumé. Please avoid government identifiers, bank details, health information or other sensitive information that is not needed to assess your professional experience.

Storage and access

Applications and résumé files are stored in private storage on Halyard’s Vercel infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorised reviewers involved in hiring. Your files are not published on this website, and your application is not used to subscribe you to marketing or make automated hiring decisions.

The form uses a signed submission token and short-lived, keyed network fingerprints to limit abusive requests. A receipt token is kept in your browser’s session storage to confirm a successful submission. No advertising or analytics tracking is added to the application form.
