Services
Halyard models how your firm delivers its services, redesigns the work and builds the system that carries it out across the platforms you already use. The firm owns the result.
Why the whole operation
Faster tasks leave most of the cost in place.
A tool that speeds up individual tasks still leaves employees to find the records, coordinate each handoff and check every result. The work around each task remains in place, and with it most of the cost of the service.
The cost of growth changes only when a completed service needs materially less human effort. That depends on shared records, common controls and one account of work in progress, so we design the whole operation and build it in phases.
The three parts
What the programme builds
Each part builds on the one before. Together they move a service from the way it runs today to a system that carries it end to end.
-
1
The operating model
Each service mapped with its steps, systems and cost, then redesigned for the system to carry.
-
2
The operating layer
Shared records, connections and controls, so no employee carries a case between systems.
-
3
Services in operation
Each service carried out end to end, with people deciding where judgment or authority is needed.

How it begins
Every programme begins with a defined first phase
A measured baseline, the operating model for the area in scope and the first redesigned services in live use. Its results inform the decision on what follows, and the work and its results belong to the firm whether or not the programme continues.
Ownership
The firm owns what we build.
You own the system we build for you, including its code, data models, workflow rules, prompts, tests and documentation, with no Halyard licence fee and the right to operate and change it or hand it to another team. Where a general Halyard component forms part of the system, you receive a permanent, royalty-free licence to use it. Third-party products retain their own licences.
