These terms concern use of halyardcorp.com and its public information, enquiry and booking features. Questions may be sent to info@halyardcorp.com. The website does not offer online purchases. Paid assessments, implementation and other services require a separate written agreement specifying the parties, scope, responsibilities and commercial terms.

Using the website

Please review these terms when using the site. They describe the permitted use of our website and materials. Where enforceable agreement to particular obligations is required, we may request affirmative acceptance; a footer link alone is not treated as acceptance of unrelated service obligations. If you do not agree with these website terms, stop using the site and contact us through an alternative channel. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Enquiries and meetings

Providing contact details or booking a meeting does not create a client relationship, authorize work, guarantee availability or commit either party to a paid engagement. Do not misrepresent affiliation with Halyard, submit unlawful or unauthorized personal information, introduce malicious code, interfere with site availability, bypass access controls or use forms to send spam. These restrictions do not prevent activity that applicable law expressly permits.

Intellectual property

Halyard or its licensors retain rights in website content, branding and other protected materials. No ownership is transferred by access to the website. Copying, selling or redistributing substantial portions requires permission unless an applicable legal exception or licence permits it. Third-party assets and open-source components remain subject to their respective licences. You retain your rights in information you submit; we do not claim a blanket licence to commercialize confidential information.

This does not remove our responsibilities for providers processing personal information on our behalf.
