Background
Halyard grew out of MJB Growth, through which Max and his team designed and implemented connected commercial operating systems for more than 100 businesses.
Connected operating systems
Customer records, bookings, payments and team communication brought into one operation, keeping commercial obligations, cash received, process status and next actions connected, with management reporting drawn from the same records.
Design and delivery
Led the design and delivery of each system, coordinating developers and the operations team across process definition, integration, reporting, testing and handover, on a common architecture adapted to each client’s tools and workflows.

A client-review brief should reduce the work required to understand what has changed in the relationship and what needs attention. Its value depends on the investigation it saves the adviser, not the fluency of the summary.
