Halyard Commercial Systems
Halyard builds operating systems for private markets and fund services. Our work connects existing platforms with the information, tools and operating history that AI needs to perform substantial work within the firm's authority and service requirements.
Our position
The opportunity is to reduce the human effort required for an additional unit of service.
A collection of useful assistants can improve individual productivity while leaving the firm dependent on employees to interpret every incoming matter and coordinate every handoff. We design the operating process to take on more of that work. Results are measured through to completion, including investigation, verification and exceptions.
Human involvement follows the responsibility it carries and the contribution it makes to the service. The architecture has to accommodate improving models. Records, permissions and connections should endure while the system's execution methods change. An implementation should not leave the firm's operating capability dependent on assumptions made at the start.

We scope each programme around the services your firm delivers. It begins with a first phase that establishes the baseline, the operating model and the first services in live use.
